Geek Fuel is a subscription company that sends you a Monthly Mystery Box filled with everything you need to feed your geeky lifestyle. Each box contains an exclusive t-shirt, collectibles, and toys plus a downloadable Steam game. Each box runs you $24.90 (including shipping and handling), and you can also choose a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription to get your boxes at discounted rates. Not too shabby when you consider that each box is valued at $50, minimum! On top of that, you can use our link to Geek Fuel’s website and get $3 dollars off your plan!

Finding a package from Geek Fuel on my doorstep has definitely become a bright spot in my month. Not knowing the contents of the package makes it all the more fun, but I have certainly come to expect it will be amazing. You can check out my thoughts in this review and see if you agree! You can also check out my previous reviews, as well.

August’s box is special because it has to accommodate an XL item, and it’s also another great example of Geek Fuel’s amazing packaging. Honestly, the box itself might be my favorite part of this month. Check out the awesome designs included on it.

Enough about the box, though! On to the items!

Every box includes a handy card that details the items that are included.

You will also get an issue of Geek Fuel magazine. Starring on this month’s front cover is the Game of Thrones baddie, the Night King.

Inside every issue you’ll find an assortment of geeky tidbits such as this Game of Thrones article.

This month we get another vinyl figure, and it is the reason for the XL size of the box.

It’s a Dorbz XL which stands at double the height of the regular figures. I got Rocket, and he’s totally a-Dorbz. (I couldn’t resist the terrible pun.)

You can also receive Rocket’s tree-buddy, or one of four other figures (Big Daddy, Robin, Stay Puft Marshamallow Man, and Ant Man) in your box.

This month’s exclusive t-shirt is the Wonder Woman item that Geek Fuel teased in early August. It’s fashioned after Gal Gadot’s version of the famous heroine, and the vibrant colors are very striking.

Geek Fuel is great for providing fun, geeky items that also serve a purpose. You don’t necessarily need to be a time-traveler to get use out of this Back to the Future luggage tag.

Every month you get a pin fashioned after Geek Fuel’s mascot in awesome action figure-packaging. This month you’ll get a superhero themed pin. I got Cyborg.

You can also get a pin featuring Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, and the rare Aquaman.

Last but not least, this month’s Steam game is Spacejacked.

This arcade shooter game is full of all the fast-paced action you can handle. Check out the trailer below.

I love that Geek Fuel gives extra surprises such as this XL box to their subscribers. They never fail to deliver on the variety and fun packaging that makes each box a delight to open. If you want to get in on this action, you can subscribe to Geek Fuel now for the September box. Follow this link and get 3 dollars off on your purchase!
