‘Battlefield 4’ and ‘SimCity’ Show up in EA Origin’s Spring Sale

Been waiting on hand and foot for the inevitable price drop on Battlefield 4 or SimCity? Well, it happened in this weeks “Gigabytes of Deals Sale” at EA Origin. This is essentially their Spring PC Gaming sale, and quite timely as gamers still have full wallets prior to the big Steam Spring sale expected sometime this season.

Dozens of games have been given up-to-50% discounts, including titles that got MSRP reductions earlier this week like Battlefield 4 and SimCity. Both hit 2013 releases are seeing their all time lows in this sale. In the case of BF4, the list price was cut from $59.99 to $49.99 on Sunday, and in today’s is 50% off, dropping the price to $24.99. The 2013 SimCity also got a similar $10 list price reduction, and a similar 50% discount making $14.99 the new lowest price ever.
