HP Printers Reinvent the Office

In a world that is increasingly fast-paced and demanding, people need reliable tools and machines to get their work done. One of the most important pieces of equipment that an office can have is a versatile, reliable printer. HP believes that theirs are the solution to the need and have taken it upon themselves to help you when it comes to buying a printer.

Printing Improved: The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP series

In this day and age, it’s no longer innovative to have a printer that can reliably print, scan, fax, and connect to devices in multiple ways. So while the Laserjet Pro can do all these things, it is not this functionality that sets it apart. Rather, the intelligent use of energy and ink to make the product more efficient and cost-effective in the long run is what makes it unique. Equipped with JetIntelligence technology and smart, energy-efficient equipment that still manages to make the LaserJet Pro a fast-working machine, this printer impressed me with how little ink it takes to print a page that remains high quality.

Many printers commonly have small ink cartridges, so they run out of ink sooner, meaning you have to shell out more money more often to keep it going. The LaserJet Pro MFP, however, manages to get away with a compact design and satisfactorily sized cartridges that won’t have to be replaced for a while. I expected to have to change them soon, as I did with an Epson printer that I’ve used previously, but I can confidently say that this printer does better with ink (as well as with customizing how much ink you want to use) than other printers I’ve known–I’ve not even had to change the cartridges yet. Beyond that, this printer is quick to start up and print, even from its sleep mode. HP advertises that it has the fastest first page out, which seems to be accurate. I’ve printed over WiFi from it while it was asleep, and within five to ten seconds, the printer had woken itself up and begun printing what I needed. Take note that you can sell unused ink cartridges to some companies, especially if they’re branded like HP, inkjet etc.

In order to fit everything needed into the compact chassis of the LaserJet Pro, the company had to skimp a bit on paper storage, but even that isn’t much of a problem. It’s quicker and cheaper, anyway, to load more paper into it than it is to change ink cartridges, and I’m satisfied overall with how this printer has been designed. This is not a perfect printer, but it still is a darn good one.
