He is a geek at heart and has been heavily involved in the computer industry since the early days of computers and the internet. He has been running online services and communities for over 30 years with many serving millions of visitors per month. During his time off, he can be found MMO gaming, or searching for the latest gadgets and technology.

Faith O’Neil | Vice President of Marketing & Assistant Editor Faith is the resident marketing wizard for Geek Insider. When she isn’t waving her wand and running our ‘Win It!’ giveaways, she spends time working with the editorial department. After a long day of finalizing articles and answering e-mails, Faith can be found MUD and MMO gaming (Aardwolf, anyone?) or doing a little creative writing. She also enjoys running, eating, and teaching her children the fine art of Star Trek watching.
Michael Westgarth, UK | A British freelance writer, video game journalist, and University of Leeds graduate (BSc Human Genetics), Michael enjoys the more creative aspects of geek and video game culture. Meg Stivison, USA | Meg Stivison has been a video-gamer since discovering text-based adventure games as a little girl. She’s worked on the development of games including Next Island, Empire Online, Verge Games’ Grumpy Goats, and two Nancy Drew titles. She writes regularly on games and gaming culture for Indie Games Magazine, Hardcore Droid, and Geek Insider.
Dilawer Soomro, Pakistan | Dilawer Soomro is a gadget-boy and a die-hard fan of Android devices (but also has a soft spot for Windows Phone 8 Devices). He’s also into gaming mostly on Xbox 360 and, of course, Android. He loves to write about anything that’s related to Tech, Gadgets and Gaming and he’s your go-to guy for anything Android related. He also loves football (soccer, if you’re from the U.S. or Canada), good novels and card games.
Mohseen Lala, Kenya | Mohseen is a native yeti of Geek Insider and our resident ‘geek pot-stirrer’. His opinions are his own, and most of the time they make perfect sense. You will find him, once a week, going ‘head to head’ with his arch nemesis Michael Westgarth. You can count on him for everything Apple, tutorials, gaming, consoles and anything else he can muster up. Besides causing trouble, Mohseen is very passionate about tech and gaming. He is currently working on his own video game script, in which he plays the hero.
Henry McIntosh, New Zealand | Henry lives, works and studies in Auckland. He is very passionate about marketing and the technology world. Writing for a number of websites, Henry loves interacting with his fans, so be sure to leave him a comment. Henry has a Bachelor of Physical Education and is currently studying towards a postgraduate diploma. New Zealand is the most beautiful country in the world according to Henry. Other things that he loves include all sports and taking endless amounts of landscape photographs.
Shashank, India| Shashank is an undergraduate student, having spent most of his life in Dubai and New Delhi. Fascinated by technology as a kid, Shashank tends to spend more than 80% of his time awake glued to some screen or another. He may, arguably, be the biggest fan of the Dark Knight trilogy you can find. Shashank pledged to use HTC phones for the remainder of his lifetime in 2008, and 3 phones later, continues to stick to it. He has a passion for writing. He also had his first website up and running at the age of 9, and his own web hosting company set up by 10.
Harry Hicks, UK | Harry grew up in London and is currently studying for a MA in Global Politics and Law which he thinks will help him when he’s becomes supreme leader of the world. When he isn’t planning world domination, Harry enjoys playing Xbox, reading books, and kicking a ball around in a hopeless attempt to play football. Speaking of football, Harry is an avid Arsenal FC fan and, over the past few years, this has made him more and more miserable. Harry’s other passions include eating and sleeping, although he feels he has not enough time for either.
Thomas Herles, USA | Tom Herles is media lecturer, writer and film buff. Tom, a New York native currently living in Connecticut, spends most of his professional and personal time around media. Having earned a BA in media studies and a MA in communications, Tom applies his education to writing about the entertainment industry for Geek Insider. A self-proclaimed optimistic critic, he is keen to discuss everything from blockbuster films to reality television. Away from the computer and movie theater, Tom enjoys spending time outside with his wife, watching the NY Rangers and running. But to be honest, there isn’t a whole lot of time spent away from the movie theater.

Lewis Guthrie, USA | Lewis Guthrie is a freelance graphic designer. His interests include photography and film making. Overall, he enjoys all aspects of the graphic design/multimedia world, especially when different aspects are combined to deliver one awesome product! As far as hobbies go, he loves movies, video games, and writing.
Vincent Salvatoriello, USA | Vincent, known online by many as “CandyVin, The Gadget God” has owned just about every cool gadget ever made. He is obsessed with electronics, gadgets, video games, and new technology. Vincent is also a gentleman, known to help old ladies cross the street, and hold the door for strangers. A college graduate and Electronic Medical Record software developer and trainer, Vincent’s technological expertise continues to surpass a single person’s ability to “know it all”. He shares his experience and knowledge by doing product reviews and other commentary on our YouTube channel.
Lianne Laroya, Phillipines | Here at Geek Insider, Lianne uses way too much sarcasm in her writing and produces a lot of fun, tech top 5′s. When she isn’t writing, Lianne is just your ordinary girl who is dedicated to achieving her goals successfully, committed to inspiring people and, of course, teaching at Hogwarts full-time!

James Olinda, USA | Writer, Thinker, Editor, Christian. James spends most of his time working at his full time job during the week. Stephen Kelly, USA | Stephen Kelly is a full-time geek, currently residing near Portland, Oregon. Having grown up around computers since the age of 4 and having a father who programmed them for a living eventually led to an interest in working with what he loved. He is now A+(computer technician certification) and Network+(network technician certification) certified.
